“Homage to Dance” B
Collection in homage to dance, the art of the body in motion. I inspired myself to feminine figures in dancing poses, that I have freely elaborated, and I have put them over an elegant floral background that, following the harmonious movements of the dancers, seems to float. This floral pattern dates back to the 17th century, when the Baroque dances gained a great popularity and social importance in Europe.
Silk 100%, made in Como, hand-rolled – 40″x40″ – 55″x55″
