“Homage to the Roman Mosaics” A
Collection in homage to the Roman mosaics (II-IV century A.D.). The Romans were masters in the artistic decorations made with pieces, called “tessere”, of different materials used to create figures or decorative patterns. I freely took inspiration from some typical geometric and floral motives (reticulated knotted circles, meanders, ribbons), that characterized this famous decorative art.
